Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
The website naviayachts.com (the "Site") is run by NAVIA SRL, Piazza di Sant'Anastasia 7, 00186 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT IT16673321002, contact@naviayachts.com ("Navia"). By using the Site you accept these terms.
2. What the Site is for
The Site presents Navia and its electric boats: the N7, available to buy or on long-term rental, and the 40HP model, coming soon. Through the Site you can ask us for information, receive the spec sheet and ask to be notified of news. No sales or rentals are concluded on the Site.
3. Requests and contracts
Sending a request creates no obligation to buy or rent, for you or for Navia. Sales and long-term rentals are governed solely by the individual contracts signed by the parties, with their own terms, prices and warranties.
4. Information on the Site
We take care to keep content accurate and up to date. Technical specifications, images and descriptions are for information and may change as the product evolves: the contract documents prevail. The N7 requires a boating licence; the features of the 40HP model will be confirmed at launch.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, videos, logos, the Navia brand, the NAV.IA name and the Site design belong to Navia or its licensors. You may view them and share links to the pages. Copying them or using them commercially requires our written permission.
6. Fair use
Please use the Site lawfully, without sending false or harmful content and without systematically extracting data with automated tools (bots, scraping).
7. Liability
We work to keep the Site available and secure, but interruptions or technical errors can happen. To the extent permitted by law, Navia is liable for damage caused by use of the Site only in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected.
8. External links
The Site links to other sites, such as our social media profiles. Those sites have their own rules and Navia does not control their content.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with its date.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome has jurisdiction over disputes, unless you are a consumer, in which case the court of your place of residence has jurisdiction.
