Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. Here you can see which types naviayachts.com uses and how to choose them. Controller: NAVIA SRL (see Privacy Policy), contact@naviayachts.com.
1. How we manage consent
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies or choose which ones to allow with "Manage cookies". Non-technical cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you close the banner without choosing, only technical cookies are used.
2. Technical cookies (always on, no consent needed)
They make the site work and need no consent:
- Squarespace: form security (for example the "crumb" cookie, which lasts for the session) and storing your cookie choices.
- Weglot: storing your chosen language.
3. Analytics cookies (only with consent)
- Squarespace Analytics: aggregate visit statistics, to see which pages work best.
4. Marketing cookies (only with consent)
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): measures ad campaigns and lets us show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. It starts switched off and only turns on if you accept marketing cookies.
The names and durations of individual cookies are set by the providers and may change over time. You can find them in their policies:
- Squarespace: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001264507
- Meta: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/
- Weglot: https://www.weglot.com/privacy
5. Third party services loaded by the pages
- Google Fonts (Google): loads the site fonts and may receive your IP address. Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Weglot: page translation.
- Squarespace: image and video hosting.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X are plain links: those networks process data only if you open them.
6. Blocking cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking technical cookies may stop some features, such as forms, from working.
For everything else, see the Privacy Policy.
